The surface drawing process of aluminum alloy: drawing can be made into straight grain, random grain, thread, corrugation and rotary grain according to the needs of decoration.

1. Straight grain drawing refers to the straight line pattern processed by mechanical friction on the surface of aluminum plate. It has the dual function of removing scratches on the surface of the aluminum plate and decorating the surface of the aluminum plate. Straight grain drawing has two kinds of continuous grain and intermittent grain. The continuous wire pattern can be obtained by scouring cloth or stainless steel brush through continuous horizontal linear friction on the surface of the aluminum plate (such as manual technical grinding under the condition of the device or using a planer to clamp the steel wire brush on the aluminum plate) By changing the diameter of the steel wire of the stainless steel brush, different thickness patterns can be obtained. Intermittent silk grains are generally processed on a brushing machine or a graining machine. Preparation principle: using two sets of differential wheels rotating in the same direction, the upper group is a fast rotating grinding roller, the lower group is a slow rotating rubber roller, and aluminum or aluminum alloy plates pass through the two groups of rollers and are brushed out Fine intermittent straight lines.

2. Scattered wire drawing is a kind of matt silk pattern obtained by moving and rubbing the aluminum plate back and forth, left and right under a high-speed copper wire brush. This kind of processing has high requirements on the surface of aluminum or aluminum alloy plates.

3. The corrugation is generally made on a brushing machine or a texturing machine. Use the axial movement of the upper group of grinding rollers to brush on the surface of the aluminum or aluminum alloy plate to obtain a wavy pattern.

4. Rotary pattern is also called optical rotation. It is a kind of silk pattern obtained by using cylindrical felt or grinding stone nylon wheel on the drilling machine, blending the polishing paste with kerosene, and rotating and polishing the surface of the aluminum or aluminum alloy plate. It is mostly used for decorative processing of round signs and small decorative dials.

5. The thread is a small motor with a round felt on the shaft, which is fixed on the table, at an angle of about 60 degrees to the edge of the table, and another make a carriage with a fixed aluminum plate to press tea. A piece of polyester film with straight edges is used to limit the thread competition. Using the rotation of the felt and the linear movement of the carriage, the thread pattern with the same width is swirled on the surface of the aluminum plate.
