Production process

Our company already has a strong technical level and simultaneous development, mold design, and large-scale production capabilities, and has become an important member of the global supply system. Below is our project workflow for custom plastic injection molded parts and custom die-cast parts.

1. Communication and confirmation of customer drawings, after the final quotation is confirmed, we will enter the design
2. Carry out product design, including product DFM report, Moldflow report, and T1 timing plan.
3. After the design is confirmed, enter the manufacturing process and update the progress report every week
4. tooling tryout, provide test report, mold trial parameters, sample report, etc.
5. Enter mass production after sample confirmation
6. Quality check
7. Packaging and transportation, including raw material certification, tooling inspection report, and all tool design data.
