  1. Raw material inspection: inspect the purchased raw materials, including material composition, hardness, density, and other indicators, to ensure compliance with relevant standards and requirements.


  2. Injection molding/die-casting process control: strictly controls the temperature, pressure, speed, and other parameters in the injection molding/die-casting process to ensure that the product size and appearance meet the design requirements.

  3. Product inspection: inspect the size, appearance, performance, and other aspects of the produced products to ensure that the products meet the relevant standards and requirements. Commonly used detection methods include optical measurement, physical performance test, metallographic analysis, etc.

  4. Process control: MINDWELL guarantees the traceability and controllability of the entire production process by establishing a quality management system and process control to avoid quality problems.

  5. Quality assurance: Our company has passed the quality certification system and established a perfect quality assurance system to ensure that the products meet the relevant standards and requirements. At the same time, we must trace and rectify the unqualified products in time to avoid the expansion of the problem.

  6. Staff training: MINDWELL has more than ten years of experience in parts production. We have a relatively large proportion of experienced employees, many of whom are technical operators with more than 5 years of experience. We conduct skill training for production personnel, improve their production technology level and quality awareness, and strengthen the emphasis and management of all employees on quality control.
