Plastic injection molding is a method of plastic products. The molten plastic is injected into the mold of the plastic product under pressure, and then cooled to obtain various plastic parts. There are mechanical injection molding machines dedicated to injection molding. Currently the most commonly used plastic is polystyrene. The resulting shape is often the final product and no further processing is required before installation or use as the final product. Many details, such as protrusions, ribs, and threads, can be formed in a single injection molding operation.

FAQ
1.Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are factory and We have the most convenient transportation condition.
2.Q: Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, we can do OEM products. It's no problem.
3.Q: How do you suggest we proceed?
A: Please send drawing or sample to us.
For customized parts we need to make mold for it and you have to pay for the mold fee.
The mold belongs to you and we will keep it well for future use.
(Step1: Make tooling first. Step2: Produce and confirm samples. Step3: Mass production.)
4.Q: How can I get some samples?
A: 1. We offer you samples by express usually. The samples are free but customers are expected to pay the freight cost.
2. Regarding the courier cost: (three methods)
(1) You could arrange a RPI (remote pickup) service upon FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT etc. to have the sample collected.
(2) Inform us your express freight collect account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local express company.
(3) Transfer the cost to us in advance, the samples will be sent after receiving the payment.
5.Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: (1) All raw material we used are brand new and make our material properties are relative stable, Products' quality can be control.
(2) Skilled workers take care every details in handing producing and packing process.
(3) Quality control department specially responsible for quality checking in each process.
