Compared with product quality, mindwell values process quality more, so why? Because product quality is the product of process quality, only a good production process can produce stable quality products, which is also the importance of process design and control.

Process quality: refers to the sum of the characteristics of the process' ability to meet explicit and implicit needs. Process quality can be divided into four sub-processes: development and design process quality, manufacturing process quality, use process quality and service process quality.

   (1) The quality of the development process. It refers to the quality from the beginning of market research, through product conception to completion of product design. The decisive factor in the formation of inherent quality of the quality product during the development and design process.

   (2) Quality of manufacturing process. It refers to the degree to which the product entity formed by manufacturing meets the design quality requirements. Since the quality of the manufacturing process depends on the quality of a series of processes in the manufacturing process, it can also be called process quality. In the production process, six major factors, including people, raw materials, equipment, manufacturing methods, environment, and testing, simultaneously control product quality during the production process. The quality of the process determines the quality of the product. Therefore, the focus of its quality management is to prevent and control substandard products in time during the manufacturing process.

  (3) Use process quality. It refers to the extent to which the inherent quality of the product is exerted during use. It depends on the reasonableness of the use environment and use conditions, the standardization of use, the operating level of the user and the daily maintenance status.

  (4) Service process quality. It refers to the degree to which the manufacturer meets the user's service requirements after the product enters the use process. Improving the quality of the service process is an important link to ensure the full use of the inherent quality of the product, and it is also an important means for manufacturers to maintain and improve their reputation and collect quality information. In today's international and domestic markets, service quality has become one of the important factors that determine the outcome of market competition.
