In order to reduce design time, in addition to ordinary turning, grinding, milling and drilling, there are usually many parts that need to be processed on a CNC machining center. Normal processing must be engineering drawings. The figure here refers to the engineering drawing. After drawing in 3D, then mark the size to design standard 2D engineering drawings.
Some people also call it a standard number. In short, it is a marked number. After printing, you can view the drawing and process it step by step. Since many processes are required, the process cannot be completed at once. First, it is processed into semi-finished products. Perform multiple processing techniques so that without drawings, others will not know which process you are working on.
If you use a CNC machining center to perform this operation, most of these parts are formed at one time, and there are not many other processes. We need to program such parts with 3D graphics or engineering drawings on CNC machine tools. , In the tool setting machine, fix the blank in the gradually set tool path.
In order to save design time, usually after drawing the 3D drawing, we can send the 3D directly to the CNC machine tool, and then execute the programming action of CNC machining based on the 3D drawing. At this point, we can completely eliminate engineering drawings.
Most of the parts processed directly on the CNC machine are basically aluminum plates, calcium zinc ore, etc., which are relatively easy to process. Of course, some steel parts also require CNC machine tools. In this process, we will encounter a problem, that is, how to determine the material?
Basically, we require that the processing are all three-dimensional images, and we try to send him the matching relationship in the three-dimensional image so that the processing personnel know how to set the tolerance when seeing the three-dimensional image.
Usually, we use color to distinguish. If we say that this part needs anodes, we will classify them according to the type of anodes. If the workpiece needs to be painted black, mark it as a black workpiece, and the original color of the anode will be the original color.
Of course, we will generate a table for this, which will contain materials and surface treatments as well as the corresponding colors in the 3D diagram. First, send this table to the machining programmer of the CNC machine tool.
