The exact method used for plastic injection moulding depends on the company and its production, as each company does things in its own way. The insertion of molded parts reduces costs by embedding secondary parts in the plastic injection molding instead of fitting the parts into the mold. If a part leaves the injection moulding process, it has a higher chance of being finished in the second manufacturing process.
    
The final process of plastic injection moulding is also known as "shaping" and consists of removing the parts from the mould cavity. In this process, cold material is injected into the hot mold and the part is hardened until it develops its permanent shape. It is a method of heating viscous material and pressing it into a mould, which can cool the hardened mould. Thermoplastic injection moulding, which relies on the rapid cooling of the plastic before melting into the moulds, typically results in a stiffer mould and a higher quality plastic product than thermoplastic injection moulding.
    
The products produced by plastic injection moulding are complex, as the individual parts required to produce a single object can be halved, further reducing the overall production time.
    
Currently, plastic injection moulding is an environmentally friendly method, and the plastic scrap that is produced during the production process is used. The great thing is that the excess material that is cut is recycled and used to melt the plastic and make it available for other production forms.
    
Some injection moulding companies are more experienced in this process than others, and some inserts are naturally more advanced in their injection process. The process engineer identifies the parameters and settings of the injection molding process based on the reaction of the resin to it. It should be noted that while the fundamentals of injection moulding remain fairly constant, as more technology is introduced into the existing clamping injection processes, the considerations in the development of tools and machines for injection moulding become more complex. The insertion of molded parts is of course a much more complicated process with many different parameters.
