1 CNC end mill

This tool is the most commonly used in machining centers. Different manufacturing materials can be divided into white steel knives and tungsten steel knives. It can also be divided into aluminum milling cutters and iron milling cutters according to the purpose.

2 fixed point drill

As the name implies, it is generally used for positioning during processing. Of course, it can also be used for chamfering around the product. For drilling holes with high location requirements, you need to drill to locate the location first, so that the location accuracy can be ensured.

3 center drill

In actual processing, fixed-point drills are commonly used instead of their functions, and they are also mainly used for product positioning.

4 drill bits (standard twist drill)

This drill bit is intended to be universally used. Mainly used for punching, and this is generally needed in processing.

5 groups of drills

Also known as three-pointed two-edged drill, Ni Zhifu drill bit. The cutting force of this kind of drill bit is quite amazing, even for very hard steel, a drill bit can dig holes well. Of course, you don’t have to be constrained to appreciate, you can sharpen a lot of special-shaped drills if you are proficient in cutting principles. Brass drills, thin-plate drills, and sharpening drills are still a subject that can be studied.

6-sided milling cutter

It can also be called a flying knife. Mainly used for surface milling, used for large-area milling materials, of course, if the flatness requirements are high, it is easy to cause surface deformation of the product. The speed should not be too fast.

7 round nose knife

It can be used for plane milling and milling, and its functions are quite abundant.

8T-shaped knife

This is mainly used for milling T-slots. You can understand when you use it.

9 keyway knife

Commonly used two-edged milling cutter is used to open the keyway, because the chip is smooth. Generally you will know it when you use it.

10 ball knife

Commonly used in processing curved surfaces. For mainly processing curved surfaces, macro program or software programming is required for general programming.

11 inner R knife

Mainly used for chamfering R angle processing.

12 dovetail milling cutter

This Gu Mingsi is used to process dovetail grooves.

13 fine boring tool

Boring is a skill that needs to be mastered in processing. This kind of boring tool can be adjusted and is generally used for precision drilling. The cutting amount is relatively small, so the surface finish can be guaranteed.

14 reamer

Reaming is also used for finishing. Generally, it can only correct the verticality of the hole, but cannot change the empty position. It is also commonly used in finishing.

15 rolling knife

It is used for hole processing with very high precision and finish requirements. Belongs to finishing grade
