The input of the ultrasonic generator is a fixed frequency signal. The signal waveform is indefinite and can be sinusoidal or pulsed, but its frequency is fixed to the frequency of the transducer, generally 20, 25, 28, 33, 40, 60KHz, etc. Through the internal conversion of the ultrasonic generator, its output is a power signal, a frequency tracking signal, etc.

   Due to the change of the input signal, the output signal shows an unstable state, so some ultrasonic generators also contain a feedback part, and its feedback function is mainly reflected in two aspects:

On the one hand, the change of the input signal leads to the instability of the output power, making the transducer mechanical vibration irregular, resulting in poor cleaning effect and other consequences. After adding the feedback part, the power feedback signal adjusts the output power so that it does not follow the input signal Changes from one to the other, showing a stable state, and the regular mechanical vibration of the transducer makes the cleaning effect better.

On the other hand, the frequency of the transducer is the highest at the resonance frequency, but in reality, due to various reasons, it cannot always work in the best state, so the feedback part plays its role, providing frequency tracking signal, control The signal emitted by the signal generator is always at the resonance point of the transducer, so that it always works in the best state.

   In addition, the ultrasonic generator has the following functions:

   1. The ultrasonic generator can monitor the working frequency and power of the high-power ultrasonic system.

   2. According to different requirements of users, various parameters can be adjusted in real time: such as power, amplitude, running time, etc.

  Fine frequency adjustment: Adjust the frequency so that the ultrasonic transducer always works in the best state, the efficiency reaches the maximum, and the adjustment range is 2%.

  Follow the frequency automatically: Once the equipment completes the initial setting, it can work continuously without adjusting the generator.

   Amplitude control: When the load changes during the operation of the transducer, it can automatically adjust the driving characteristics to ensure that the tool head gets a stable amplitude.

  System protection: When the system works in an unsuitable operating environment, the generator will stop working and display an alarm to protect the equipment from damage.

   Amplitude adjustment: The amplitude can be increased or decreased instantaneously during the working process. The setting range of the amplitude: 0%~100%.

   Automatic frequency search: The working frequency of the tool head can be automatically determined and stored.

   5. It has an original function of repelling dirt, so that the dirt can quickly detach from the workpiece and float on the surface, which is suitable for cleaning in overflow circulation mode;

   6. With overheat protection function, it can well protect the generator from being damaged.
