Injection mold production process

First of all, the mold opening customer must provide the product's 3D drawings, 2D drawings or product samples to our injection mold processing plant. And the technical requirements for mold opening.

The injection mold processing plant accepts the mold opening task and evaluates the customer's product drawings (through the material physical properties, product feasibility analysis, such as wall thickness, deformation, injection position, etc., pre-judge potential problems in advance) and design the injection mold drawing.

The customer confirms the mold drawing and starts the mold manufacturing process (the machining of the mold includes CNC processing, EDM processing, wire cutting processing, deep hole drilling processing, etc.)

After the mold is manufactured, in order to check the condition of the mold and whether the structure of the rubber part is completed, the injection machine needs to be tested. Through the trial mold, you can understand the situation of the mold during the brewing process and whether the structure of the rubber part is completed. And provide customers with the first sample for confirmation.
