1. Outstanding casting structure design

2. Reasonable plastic mold structure design

3. Standard heat treatment process
Heat treatment can change the metallographic arrangement of the material, and adhere to the necessary strength, hardness, scale stability at high temperature, thermal fatigue resistance, and material cutting properties. The correct heat treatment process to get a very good effect, and the performance of steel is subject to quenching temperature and time, cooling rate, and tempering temperature control.
4. Die-casting production process control
(1) temperature control: mold preheating temperature and working temperature; alloy pouring temperature, under the premise of insisting on outstanding molding, with a lower pouring temperature.
(2) reasonable die-casting process: specific pressure, filling speed.
(3) Adjust the clamping force of the machine to make the mold evenly stressed. Pay attention to cleaning up the residual chipping debris on the appearance of the mold, so as not to close the mold when these residues make the mold appear unevenly stressed and cause deformation.
(4) Strictly control the alloy melting to reduce the gas in the metal liquid.
