How to prevent damage when processing plastic molds, to prevent damage we have to improve our own strength, if there is no strength then why do customers want to pick us, why do customers not go to pick a better, people say goods than three to get customers to stay, we have to improve our sense of preparedness, but this is not enough must be done to give customers a kind of trust.

　　1. Outstanding casting structure design

　　(2) pouring system design as far as possible to reduce the impact on the core, and erosion.
　　(3) Correctly select the public service fit and appearance roughness of each component.
　　(4) Adhere to the mold thermal balance.

　　3. Standard heat treatment process
　　Heat treatment can change the metallographic arrangement of the material, and adhere to the necessary strength, hardness, scale stability at high temperature, thermal fatigue resistance, and material cutting properties. The correct heat treatment process to get a very good effect, and the performance of steel is subject to quenching temperature and time, cooling rate, and tempering temperature control.

　　4. Die-casting production process control

　　(2) reasonable die-casting process: specific pressure, filling speed.
