The principle of die casting is to rely on mechanical force, such as an injection rod, to pour the aluminum liquid into the injection chamber. The linear movement of the injection rod and the injection head forms pressure to force the aluminum liquid to fill the mold. For parts with complex shapes (such as gasoline refueling guns), die casting is generally used for parts with complex shapes but simpler internal parts (such as gear boxes)
