EDM wire cutting is divided into fast-moving, medium-feeding and slow-feeding.
1. Fast walking wire: reciprocating, fast processing speed, low accuracy. Molybdenum wire for brisk walking is abrasion resistant and has good conductivity.
2. Medium wire travel: Before fast wire travel and slow wire travel, the processing speed is slow and the precision is high, but it can be used back and forth. Also use molybdenum wire.
3. Slow walking: It is a kind of wire cutting. The copper wire is used as an electrode for EDM cutting corrosion. The processing speed is slow and the accuracy is very high, which can reach 0.001mm.
