Injection molding of thermoplastics is the process of adding granular or powdered plastic to the barrel of an injection machine, which is heated and melted to a flowing state, and then under the rapid and continuous pressure of the plunger or moving screw of the injection machine, a high pressure pressure and speed into the closed mold. When the melt that fills the film cavity is under pressure and cooling and curing, the mold is opened and the product corresponding to the mold cavity is obtained. Injection molding machines mainly include plunger and moving screw types, while the latter is commonly used. Different types of injection machines do not have exactly the same operating procedures, but the principles and processes of injection molding of plastics are the same.
