aluminium die casting process
1. Design: The design drawings and mold designs for aluminum die-casting products are created according to customer needs and product requirements.
2. Mold manufacturing: The molds are manufactured based on the design drawings. The process includes pretreatment, design and manufacture, polishing, debugging, and other links.
3. Aluminum material preparation: Aluminum alloy is the raw material for aluminum die casting. The suitable aluminum alloy material is selected, mixed, and heated according to the specified ratio to reach the appropriate casting temperature.
4. Casting: The aluminum material is injected into the mold. High-pressure blowing is used to ensure the aluminum material is tightly filled into the mold to create a product of the desired shape.
5. Remaining material treatment: The aluminum die-casting product is removed from the mold and any remaining material and oxidation products are removed.
6. Post-processing: To meet the required appearance and performance requirements of customers, deburring, grinding, cleaning, and other treatments are applied to aluminum die-casting products.
7. Surface treatment: Surface treatment such as anodizing and painting can improve the products' corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
8. Finished product inspection: The finished products are inspected for their size, appearance, and performance to ensure they meet customer requirements and production standards.
9. Packaging and delivery: After passing the inspection, the finished products are correctly packaged and delivered according to customer requirements.
